Lactose Intolerant...

So it turns out all of the nausea, vomiting and bloating I've been complaining about was possibly an intolerance to lactose. I started paying attention to what I was eating and when I started feeling nauseous and I narrowed it down to dairy, especially milk. Every morning I was having a glass of milk with my breakfast and without fail, within two hours I was nauseous and vomiting, so I looked up symptoms of lactose intolerance and I was having almost all of them. I also read that it's very common for pregnant women to become lactose intolerant and symptoms can last through the entire pregnancy or may just be temporary. I've stayed away from everything dairy since last Friday and I've been feeling great! A little nausea here and there, but nothing like before. I've been feeling hungry again too and luckily everything's staying put...YAY! We go for a check-up on the 1st with my OB, so I'll talk to him about it then, but hopefully that was the problem and I can enjoy the second trimester bliss I keep hearing about. :)
